AI replacing jobs?
Have your company laid off anyone because of AI or is it just using AI as a support function?

Dude my company has laid off ~15% workforce this year because of AI. not fun time definitely and looks like it has just begun

I agree with Gurleen. I think mostly companies which are laying off to replace with AI are big firms. Smaller size firms are just using it as a support system

Apparently I work in a consulting firm and most of the client data we have recived have inserted a clause in contracts where we cannot put their data on AI or train our agent models using their data lol
